This Privacy Policy explains how 24/7 General Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects the personal information of customers who request sprinkler, irrigation and landscaping services from us, including through our website, by phone, by text message, through Thumbtack, or in person.
We collect only the information needed to provide our services: your name, service address, phone number, email address, and details about the work you request. We do not collect payment card numbers through this website.
We use your information to schedule and perform services, prepare estimates and invoices, send appointment confirmations and reminders, notify you when we are on our way, follow up on estimates you requested, and respond to your questions.
If you provide your mobile phone number when requesting a service or estimate, or by texting START to (385) 786-8884, you agree to receive text messages from 24/7 General Solutions about your appointments and service requests (confirmations, reminders, arrival notices and estimate follow-ups). We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message frequency varies depending on your service activity (typically 1–4 messages per appointment). Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help or contact us at (801) 381-5591.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages (for example, our messaging platform provider).
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate our business (such as scheduling, invoicing and messaging platforms), and only as needed to provide our services or when required by law.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for our business records and legal obligations.

The owner of 24/7 General Solutions uses a private integration named "Ramirez - Composio", registered with TikTok for Developers, to connect the owner's own TikTok account to Composio, a third-party automation service. The integration is described in our Terms of Service. This section explains the data it handles.
Whose data. The integration can only access the TikTok account that authorized it, which is the owner's. It does not access customers' TikTok accounts, and customers do not use it.
What it accesses. Depending on the task, the integration may read basic information about that account, such as its display name, profile image and account identifier, and the list of its videos with their statistics. It may also publish videos the owner chooses to that account.
Where it is stored. Composio stores the authorization needed to keep the connection working. The owner may also keep a record of the account's statistics in Google Sheets or Supabase, in accounts the owner controls, to track how the account performs over time. That record holds figures about the owner's own account and videos, such as the number of views, likes, comments and shares and the follower count, together with basic details of each video such as its title and publication date. It does not include customers' information, the content of comments, or other information about individual TikTok users. If we begin storing other kinds of TikTok data, we will update this section.
Sharing. We do not sell this data. It is processed by TikTok and Composio, and by Google or Supabase where the statistics are stored, under their own terms and privacy policies.
Removing access and deleting data. The owner can revoke the integration at any time from TikTok's app permission settings or by disconnecting the account in Composio. Once access is revoked, the integration can no longer read from or publish to the account, and no new statistics are collected. Statistics already recorded in Google Sheets or Supabase remain there until the owner deletes them, which the owner can do at any time.
